1. Membership management infrastructure

2 years in the making, this project incorporates Wordpress membership and subscription system, website, eCommerce, integrated with full Keap automation + CRM, and Digital Rights Management of purchased resources.

4. Membership features

The website connects to Keap CRM to enable management of the membership base. Each time the user updates their profile, the Crm is updated - and vice versa. Keap enables Automation features such as triggered and conditional email communications, billing and group segmentation.

5. Digital Rights Management

Since launching we've built Digital Rights Management (DRM) into ANCOLD's system. This means their valuable digital learning resources can be sold or accessed, but not shared. We did a complete implementation of browser-based DRM system Vitrium, using WooCommerce to sell the resources, and custom-building the organisational access and management system.
