Breathing, hmmm, it is one of those things that we do all day and all night long, or suffer the consequences. How do I ensure that I do it even when I am so busy that my breathing becomes more shallow, less important and almost an inconvenience? Think about it. Focus, in,….out,….in,….out,….slowly, my priorities change and I realise that all those busy things that I really need to do are critical so that I can breathe at home, with my children and with my family.
